Maternity Style

When you have a bump you don't feel like making an effort in the morning.
You spent all night tossing and turning and now at 6:30 in the morning, the last thing you want to do is attempt to dress cute.

Top Tips for dressing with your bump without buying all new clothes:

  1. Dress in layers-- add a cardigan, flannel, or sweater without buttoning it up is a great way to stay warm while using your older clothes
  2. Belt it to show off your bump
  3. Avoid anything too short in the front
  4. Invest in a few long tanks for maternity women
  5. Wear black because it is slimming
  6. Don't wear anything that is too uncomfortable (shoes included).  If you are in month 7 and you can't wear your pumps anymore to work, just put them back in your closet. No one will blame you for your swollen feet.
  7. Maxi dresses/skirts are great because they are easy to put on and make it look like you got all dressed up
